• Client information: personally identifiable information relating to our clients

• Visitor information: personally identifiable information about subscribers to the monthly round-up and visitors to our website.

Client information

Client information may include your name, contact details, and your interactions with us (for example, email correspondence, and records of telephone calls). Client information will also include any services that we provide to you. Notwithstanding this, the majority of our services are provided to our clients as in-house engagements, where our crew provide you support from your premises and using your technology.

All client information that we do hold is collected directly from you. We use this information to provide you services and contact you about your business with us. We only share client information when you give us permission. For example, we may display a reference by you on our website (www.blairandcrew.com) or marketing material, but only if you have given us permission.

We hold all client information in accordance with our terms of business. All information is stored using our third-party technology infrastructure (additional information is provided below).

Visitor information

Visitor information includes the information you provide to us when opting in to one of our guest services such as the monthly round-up. This typically includes your name and contact details but may include other information you choose to give us. All this information will be collected directly from you and will only be used for the purpose for which you supply it.

All guest information is stored using our third party IT infrastructure (additional information is provided below). We do not share this guest information with any other third parties.

Third party technology infrastructure

We use third party providers to supply our technology infrastructure. Our main providers and what we use them for, are listed below:

• Microsoft Office 365 - email services and office software

• Squarespace - website management and hosting

We may change our third party providers at any time.
